I really enjoy playing rope skipping. One day, I dream of becoming a nurse. I want to do all kinds of nursing.
- Finella

My story

Finella, a bright young girl, is part of a large, extended family that includes 16 siblings. Currently, she is thriving in her fourth year of primary school, demonstrating her dedication and resilience amidst the challenges. Health-wise, Finella is in good condition, with no record of serious medical issues, reflecting her strength and vitality. The reason Finella is part of our program stems from the economic challenges her family is currently facing. Despite both her parents being present and working tirelessly in their small-scale businesses, their income is unfortunately insufficient to fully support the needs of their large family. Finella's inclusion in our program is a testament to her family's circumstances and their collective hope for a brighter future.

Why Finella needs our help

Finella comes from a large family of 16 siblings, a situation that significantly strains their parents' financial resources. As a result, they struggle to provide for all their children adequately. While the SEVAC Foundation Uganda provides scholastic materials, this support is not sufficient to cover all their needs. Therefore, Finella urgently requires additional support to ensure her basic needs are met and to enable her to continue her education.
