Met 18 verschillende projecten over de hele wereld was het voor ons erg arbeidsintensief en kostbaar om onze sponsoren op de hoogte te houden van updates over het kind en nieuws vanuit het project van het kind. Met het Nofam platform hebben we daar de oplossing voor gevonden. De lijntjes tussen sponsor en kind zijn kort en daarnaast kunnen de sponsoren ook op de hoogte gehouden worden van de ontwikkelingen die binnen het project plaats vinden. Daarbij merk je dat het platform ontwikkeld is door een team met veel ervaring binnen de goede doelen wereld met een bewogen hart voor deze kinderen.
Wij merken dat doordat de sponsoren meer op de hoogte zijn van het reilen en zeilen binnen een project, zij meer betrokken zijn en daardoor ook graag willen helpen of ondersteunen aan een actie van het project. Kortom voor ons zeker een verrijking voor zowel de sponsoren als de projecten van Project Held.
With 18 different projects all over the world, it was very labor-intensive and costly for us to keep our sponsors updated about the child and news from the child's project. We found the solution with the Nofam platform. The lines between sponsor and child are short and in addition, the sponsors can also be kept informed of the developments taking place within the project. In addition, you notice that the platform was developed by a team with a lot of experience within the charity world with a compassionate heart for these children.
We notice that because the sponsors are more aware of the ins and outs of a project, they are more involved and therefore want to help or support an action of the project. In short, for us certainly an enrichment for both the sponsors and the projects of Project Hero.

I am Mariam from Armenia, leader of the charity foundation Little Star. Our small country is grappling with big problems, including poverty and uncertainty about the future, exacerbated by the aftermath of the 2020 war. Signing up as a charity is easy and doesn't have to take long. Contact us via our telephone number or the contact form, or schedule an introductory meeting right away. During this conversation we get to know each other better and together we determine the next steps - at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Absolutely, as a charity you get full access to all necessary data for your work. Our mission is to help you create as much impact as possible and we understand that access to certain data is essential for things like sending newsletters and other communications.
We strive for communication between sponsor and charity to take place in your name as much as possible. This way, the sponsor registration can be fully integrated into your own website in your house style. The only place where the name Nofam is unavoidable for now is in the Nofam app. After the sponsorship, further communication will again take place under your name.
The monthly contribution ensures that we can continuously maintain and further develop the platform. Our goal is to make the platform stronger and stronger together with all charities. As an ANBI foundation, we are not-for-profit and every contribution is used to improve the platform.
Safety is our top priority. We work with vulnerable groups and apply strict rules to ensure their safety. All updates are made through a charity staff member to ensure messages are appropriate. We comply with GDPR guidelines to ensure the safety of all involved.
At Nofam, we believe in maintaining autonomy and control for our partner organizations. That is why we recommend that you, as a partner organization, collect and manage the monthly donations yourself. This way you maintain direct control over your financial flows and can communicate directly with your donors about payment-related matters if necessary.
However, we understand that this can be a challenge for some organizations. In those cases, we at Nofam can take on the responsibility for collecting donations. This will be discussed in detail during our on-boarding conversations, where we will also discuss the possible additional costs involved.
