We are introducing several new features and improvements to the Nofam app and admin environment. Below is an overview of the latest changes:

New:

• Charity selection screen: We’ve improved the child sponsorship process in the app. Sponsors now start with an overview of the participating charities, making it easy for them to choose where they want to help. Only charities with children still available for sponsorship are displayed, keeping the selection as relevant as possible.

• Manual thumbnail adjustment: In the admin environment, you can now manually adjust the thumbnail based on the profile picture. This gives you more control over how sponsored children are presented.

Fixes:

• Video upload via web interface: We’ve added an experimental feature that allows project administrators to upload videos through a web interface in the app. This is especially useful for locations where iOS users are experiencing issues. Would you like to use this feature? Let us know!

In this release, we've made some important improvements and resolved an issue that impacted communications with our sponsors. Below you will find an overview of the changes:

Improvements:

• Project employee detail screen: The detail screen of the project employees has been adjusted and optimized. All essential information is now directly and clearly available, improving the user experience for our sponsors.

Fixes:

• Push notifications for project updates: Thanks to a valuable tip from Hanneke Bloem of Stichting Sadiki, we discovered an issue where no push notifications were sent when updating projects. This has now been resolved. From now on, all sponsors involved in the respective project will receive a notification when updates are made.

• Notification control screen: A new screen has been introduced where it is possible to view which notifications have been sent from our platform. This ensures greater transparency and control over communications.
